Disclosure

My motivation for blogging is not to make money. I started it as a creative outlet to share the things that thrill and excite me, while (hopefully) entertaining and building a community of readers from which I can learn.

Regardless, the FTC requires bloggers disclose whenever there could be hidden interests or unspoken biases related to recommendations. If I interview someone for lunch and they grab the bill, disclosure. If I watch a movie, hate it, and tell you that I hated it, but received it as a promotional copy, disclosure.  If someone gives me a hat with a logo and I wear it in a photo, disclosure. Disclosure. Disclosure. Disclosure. Marcia. Marcia. Marcia.

You get the point.
